The webshop sells products to adult private persons only. Displayed product prices include tax. Miniboriseva reserves the right to price changes and changes to delivery prices.

 

ORDERING

Products are ordered in the webshop by clicking them to the shopping cart and by paying the total amount shown at the cashier. All information collected to fulfill the order are considered confidential and treated accordingly. The information won´t be used for any other purpose without clients consent. By confirming your order you confirm you have reads and accepted our delivery and payment terms in effect at the time.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

Our payment service-provider is Check Out (provided by finnish OP financial group), through which you can pay by common  creditcards,  Paypal, Apple Pay and Google pay.

By pressing the button „Buy“ , you agree and confim your consent to the common terms for buying in the webshop.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

 After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, including all information about the order. Please check carefully that the information is correct and in case of questions arising, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@olgastudio.fi. Please always include your order number when contacting our customer service! When receiving the goods, please check with your order confirmation that you have received all the goods you ordered.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Shipping costs include packing and postal costs. You receive an estimate of the shipping costs when going to the check out. Final shipping costs are calculated after choosing the shipping and payment methods. Available shipping methods may vary according the content and total weight of the order.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are normally handled within 5 days of receiving the order. We will contact you promptly in case of delays caused by product availability. The time for delivery depends on the chosen delivery method and provider.

The webshop is not responsible for delays or secondary costs occurring by delays in the shipping providers services or other force majeure circumstances. The webshop announces on the website about possible deviations in the normal handling process.

RETURN POLICY

Right to cancellation

The consumer has the right to cancel the buy within 14 days without reason. The deadline for the cancellation is 14 days from the date when the last items were received or the up loadable products were uploaded. 

The consumer is obliged to announce the cancellation in a proven manner either by mail or by e-mail to the seller/service provider. The announcement of the cancellation has to be received within the 14 notice time.

In case of cancellation

When cancelling the order, you will receive a refund on the payments made for the full amount, minus shipping costs and possible return costs of the product, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation. The payment will be returned by the same payment method used in bying the product, if not agreed otherwise.

The product has to be shipped/brought back to the seller within 14 days of the cancellation. The obligation is considered fulfilled, when the shipping provider has received the product.

The consumer has to return the product in proper condition. The consumer is only responsible for drop in product value caused by other use than normal inspection of the properties, nature and functionality of the product.

Unredeemed products

Unredeemed products do not fulfil the terms of cancellation of the buy! Unredeemed products that haven´t been cancelled, are charged on all handling and shipping costs.

 In case of problems

If the ordered product goes missing or gets damaged during transport, or it doesn´t match the order, the customer has to give notice of the faulty within 14 days in writing to the customer service: customerservice@olgastudio.fi or by calling the customer service for further instructions. If the package/ product has clearly been damaged during transport, the customer is obliged to make an immediate claim of the damages to the transport company.
